The expert controls session services such as transcription, AI notes, live memory support, follow-up drafting, and note retention through their workspace policy.

Session services are controlled by the expert workspace policy.
This draft notice is written for the current local product build. It should be reviewed by counsel before production use.
Attendee use
Attendees do not grant or deny individual session services from the meeting room. Joining the session means using the service under this agreement and the expert workspace policy.
Recording
Recording is off by default. If recording is ever enabled, it must be enabled by the expert-side policy and handled through the product's applicable notice and retention rules.
Private workspace
Expert preparation material, workspace documents, private memory cards, draft summaries, and agent outputs stay private to the expert unless the expert chooses to share approved follow-up material.
